About these terms This online store is operated by MAGDRIVE, Förmansvägen 6, 151 47, Sweden (magdrive.store1@gmail.com) By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and prices We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours and sizes may look different on your screen, and sizes given by suppliers may vary slightly. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and can change without notice. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund.
Orders Your order is a request to buy. We confirm it by email and the contract is formed when we accept your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, stock problems or suspected fraud, and will refund you in full.
Payment Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
Delivery, returns and refunds Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns by our Refund policy.
Your legal rights If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law, including the right of withdrawal and the right to complain about faulty goods.
Product use and safety Pet products should be used with supervision. Check that the size and material suit your pet, and stop using a product if it is damaged. Products are not veterinary devices and are not a replacement for veterinary advice.
Intellectual property All content on this site, including the logo, text and images, belongs to MAGDRIVE or is used with permission, and may not be copied without written consent.
Liability We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as customs, strikes or extreme weather. This does not limit our liability where the law does not allow it.
Disputes and governing law These terms are governed by Swedish law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. You can also contact the Swedish Consumer Agency or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
