SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!
At TechByAEP, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
1. Processing & Delivery Time
We work with international warehouses to offer you the best price. For this reason, all our orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days.
Once processed, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.
So in total, please allow 6 to 11 business days from the time you place your order until you receive it at your door.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track it at any time.
Please note that it may take 2-4 days for the tracking information to update after you receive it. This is completely normal while the package is in transit to your country.
3. Shipping Cost
We offer FREE shipping. We do not charge any shipping fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
4. Customs & Import Taxes
All our prices include customs duties and import taxes. You will not have to pay anything extra upon delivery. We take care of everything.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or you experience a delay of more than 15 business days, please contact us at eliseoaugierperez@gmail.com and we will resolve it immediately with a replacement or refund.
