2. Shipping policy
Where we ship We ship to Sweden, the countries of the European Union and the United States. If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not ship there yet.
Where orders ship from Our products are stored and sent from partner warehouses, mostly in China. This means delivery takes longer than for products shipped within Europe.
Processing and delivery time
- Processing: 1 to 5 business days after payment.
- Delivery: about 7 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the product.
- Delays can happen during holidays and busy periods, and because of customs.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Orders with several products may arrive in separate parcels.
Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout by the total weight of your order:

Orders heavier than 8 kg cannot be placed in one order. Please split them into several orders.
Customs, taxes and duties Prices include applicable taxes where required at checkout. For some destinations, import VAT, customs duties or handling fees may be charged by the carrier or customs authority when the parcel arrives. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Address errors Please check your address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address that you gave us. If a parcel comes back to us, we can send it again after you pay the shipping cost.
Lost or damaged parcels If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us at magdrive.store1@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund.
