Returns and Right of Withdrawal

We accept returns in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Sweden and the European Union.

As an EU consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the product.

Condition of Returned Products

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Refunds

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

Consumer rights regarding defective or incorrect products are not affected by this return policy.

Exceptions
